Life in the Middle Ages

Through their work in HSIE and Applied Learning, Year 8 explored medieval life and recreated aspects for their Medieval Fair yesterday.

Their displays included: a wide range of model castles, villages and torture devices; medieval performances; photo booths where guests could dress in medieval clothing; food stalls; replica shields and much more.

Well done Year 8 on your time and effort in this project.

This land we meet on today holds the stories and memories of all Aboriginal people. The land we are upon is Millennia old. Below us and above us the earth and the sky has always taken care of us.
