Year 10 Food Technology - Food Styling and Photography

Year 10 Food Technology Assessment Task - Food Styling and Photography.

 

The students were given the Task to Style and take photographs of a Chocolate Brownie they had prepared and organised using tricks of the trade. They had to consider decorations , plating, positioning and lighting.

 

Students sketched 3 ideas and came up with a final design for the Presentation of their Brownie.
