Newcastle University's Illuminate Challenge

HKHS have a long history participating Newcastle University's Illuminate Challenge. Illumiate is a five day innovation challenge, where teams present solutions to genuine community issues. This year, we had four teams take on the challenge and show admirable collaboration and persistence throughout the week. All four teams presented high quality work. The team pictured below were the recipients of the 'Students Choice Award'.

This land we meet on today holds the stories and memories of all Aboriginal people. The land we are upon is Millennia old. Below us and above us the earth and the sky has always taken care of us.
