In Term 1, Year 11 Hospitality students have experienced making fettuccine and spaghetti from scratch. They then served the pasta with a tomato and basil sauce. They have been learning new skills and each week the students have progressed with more involved practical lessons. Students who successfully completed their Certificate I in Hospitality in 2020 have the opportunity to work on a variety of extension activities, which will help the students to master the concepts in the course and will set them up for great HSC results next year.
