Central Coast P-Tech Program

Monday 9 November, saw Henry Kendall High host the official launch of the Central Coast P-Tech Program. P-Tech is an educational philosophy that focuses on partnerships between local industry, secondary education and post school education that will provide students with real world learning, industry connections and understanding, and ongoing mentoring.

The program has been developed and is sponsored by IBM International. Henry Kendall High School, Kariong Mountains High, Tumbi Umbi Campus join Wyong High as P-Tech schools, offering exciting, contemporary learning opportunities for our students.

Yesterday's launch was attended by the Honorable Geoff Lee, NSW Minister for Skills and Tertiary Education, and Ms Katrina Throughton, CEO of IBM Australia and New Zealand. Click on the link to watch the NBN news story.
